Capsule Machine Operator
Your scope of duties
- Preparation, operation and control of the operation of mechanically and numerically controlled devices in accordance with the assigned position (encapsulation lines and equipment used to conduct the encapsulation process)
- Cooperation with the Foreman regarding work organization, preparation of analyses and explanations for deviation reports
- Setting machine parameters in accordance with recommendations
- Performing product quality control during the encapsulation process in accordance with the records in the batch report
- Maintaining production documentation
- Reporting any failures and technical problems to the production supervisor
- Taking care of the technical condition of machines, tools and measuring instruments
- Reviewing, updating and creating production documentation and 5S
- Submitting comments and conclusions regarding production technology , quality improvement, health and safety, fire protection, 5S
- Reporting improvements in the Production Area as part of a good idea
- Control of CCP points in processes
- Compliance with order, work discipline, health and safety and fire regulations and generally applicable procedures, instructions and internal company documents
Our requirements
- Experience in working in a production plant/in operating capsule machines or similar production machines
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety rules when operating machines
- Ability to detect and remove machine failures
- Accuracy and conscientiousness in performing assigned tasks
- Ability to work in a team
- Good work organization,
- Ability to work in a team
- Readiness to work in a shift system in an equivalent 12-hour working time system (schedule below)
- Sanitary and epidemiological booklet or readiness to obtain it
